"Mr. Franco is a true artisan! My rose gold and morganite ring was so damaged when I brought it to him, it was pretty much a lost cause. He gave my ring new life, and fortified it as such that I will be able to continue my everyday wear for years to come! My family and I have been coming to Brooks/Franco for many years as no one can touch his quality and service… thank you so so much for allowing my father to come in and bring my ring home to me as a surprise… I am still absolutely stunned at its beauty!!"

"Had a few rings worked on this past week. Resizing, and repairs for 3 custom rings that needed some tlc. We were quoted on the spot with rates that were affordable and reasonable. Service was very friendly, honest and helpful. He made suggestions for the repair to make sure we wouldn't have issues w a loose diamond in the future and he made sure we were satisfied with the resizing and repair work. Thank you Brooks! Will definitely use their service again in the future for any jewelry needs."

"Frank used to be the owner but sold it to a lovely Chinese lady. I usually get my watch batteries replaced and buy new bands. I also have bought gifts there. A very 'old school' business, prices very good, and I always enjoy going there."
